Denne treningsmetoden<\/a> har blitt mer og mer popul\u00e6rt de siste par \u00e5rene. Dette skyldes prim\u00e6rt at de fleste oppn\u00e5r gode resultater med crossfit og det har en naturlig smitteeffekt. Treningsmetoder som fungerer fanger gjerne andres interesse og dette er den st\u00f8rste \u00e5rsaken til at crossfit brukes av mange. Du f\u00e5r brukt hele kroppen din og kan i prinsippet trene hvor som helst, det eneste som trengs er litt utstyr, slik at treningen blir enda mer effektiv.<\/p>\n

De beste \u00f8velsene<\/h2>\n

Det finnes mange ulike \u00f8velser innen crossfit. Noen er bedre enn andre og vi har funnet frem til de vi mener er de beste. Det eneste du trenger utover et sted \u00e5 trene er en kettlebell samt et underlag om du skal trene utend\u00f8rs med solbrillene p\u00e5<\/a> eller hjemme p\u00e5 stuegulvet. Husk at oppvarming er viktig f\u00f8r du g\u00e5r i gang. Det trenger ikke \u00e5 v\u00e6re en avansert form for oppvarming. En l\u00f8petur p\u00e5 300 meter i et raskt tempo holder, slik at musklene blir litt varme og s\u00e5 g\u00e5r du i gang med \u00f8velsene rett i etterkant.<\/p>\n

THRUSTER<\/h3>\n

Det er prim\u00e6rt armer og bein du trener her (se video<\/a>). Utstyret du trenger for \u00e5 utf\u00f8re \u00f8velsen er en kettlebell. Still deg med f\u00f8ttene i hoftebreddes avstand. Hold din kettlebell foran brystet og g\u00e5 ned i kne til du har rundt 90-graders vinkel i kneleddene. S\u00e5 skyver du deg opp med h\u00f8y fart og f\u00f8rer armene over hodet i en, lang bevegelse. Gj\u00f8r 50 repetisjoner av \u00f8velsen.<\/p>\n

LATERAL JUMPING BURPEE<\/a><\/h3>\n

Med burpees er det hele kroppen som m\u00e5 jobbe. Igjen stiller du deg med f\u00f8ttene i hoftebreddes avstand. B\u00f8y deg forover og sett hendene i bakken og deretter kaster du deg ned slik at brystet r\u00f8rer bakken eller gulvet. Hopp opp igjen s\u00e5 fort som mulig og hopp s\u00e5 h\u00f8yt som mulig mens du klapper hendene sammen over hodet. Slik gjentar du \u00f8velsen 30 ganger.<\/p>\n

ATOMIC SIT-UPS<\/p>\n

Med Atomic Sit-ups<\/a> er det magemusklene som st\u00e5r for tur. Legg deg p\u00e5 ryggen med armer og f\u00f8tter strakt, men uten de r\u00f8rer bakken. Stram magemusklene og sett deg opp mens du b\u00f8yer beina og f\u00f8rer armene og beinene mot hverandre. N\u00e5r du kan r\u00f8re anklene med hendene strekker du deg ut igjen.
